Restoring Tradition is a site dedicated to a revitalization of tradition.

This is an all-encompassing definition of tradition, that includes all aspects of life. A major contributing reason that most people today feel so overwhelmed is because they choose to shun tradition as outdated or obsolete. Tradition exists precisely to help make order in our lives, and without it we find ourselves grasping at straws.

A central theme of this website will be restoring the tradition of learning. In today’s modern world, learning is pushed to the side in exchange for convenience. But as generations past knew, education is vital to the survival of humans, and it is furthermore our duty as humans to educate ourselves and banish ignorance and sloth.

It is unfortunate that learning in and of itself has become a lost tradition by and large, and this website will set out to change that. Great men and great saints all knew the importance of Tradition and of Learning, and the world that they helped to build was indicative of that.

As we no longer stand on the shoulders of the greats that were before us, and to our own peril, it’s time that we pay homage to their wisdom, while also remembering that part of the Tradition of man is that of a servant to the ultimate Wisdom that always was, always is, and always will be.
